1. What we collect

We collect only the information needed to create your account, process your purchase, and deliver your access:

  • Account data: email address, first name, and a password you create (stored hashed).
  • Payment data: payment method and transaction details handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Optional profile data: your SaaS website URL, if you choose to provide it, so we can tailor recommendations.
  • Usage data: basic log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the service secure and functional.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and authenticate your account.
  • To process payments and deliver access to your purchased content.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, access links).
  • To improve the product and fix issues.

We do not use your data for unrelated advertising, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver what you purchased), legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), and consent (where required, such as for optional profiling). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Subprocessors and integrations

We rely on carefully selected service providers to run SaaSRocket:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Lovable Cloud — application hosting and infrastructure.

Each subprocessor is contractually bound to handle data only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security measures.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, tax records related to your purchase).

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

9. Children's privacy

SaaSRocket is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
