3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or unauthorised sharing.

4. Purchase and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You receive access immediately after successful payment.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the product is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are at our sole discretion after the 14-day window.

6. Intellectual property

All Content — including videos, text, templates, prompts, and branding — is owned by SaaSRocket.agency or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works for resale without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others or allow multiple people to access the Content under a single licence.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download the Content for redistribution.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Content is provided for educational purposes. Results vary by business, market, and execution. We do not guarantee specific revenue, reach, or growth outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
